
I offer a wide range of live online weekly classes to restore core and general strength, improve balance, posture and mobility, support lower back health and feel good.
Online group classes include: Pilates Mat, Pilates Stability Ball, Pilates Foam Roller, Pilates/Yoga on the Chair, Functional Fitness Standing Pilates as well as Yoga Flow.
You can drop into class or take a monthly membership with access to recorded classes.

 Supported by the floor, Pilates Matwork classes are perfect for anyone with tense muscles and imbalances.
 
 Yoga Flow Classes: Warrior Flow & Core Flow plus special classes and courses for digestive and women's health
 
 Functional Fitness Pilates classes are standing or chair-based. They improve everyday fitness and cardio health.
