Stress is a factor that underlies many health conditions. Feldenkrais and somatic practices are mindful movement practices that support physical and emotional health. 

Mindfulness and movement have been shown to support many chronic health problems, including digestive health, hormonal issues, immunity and much more.  Even bone density seems to be affected by chronic stress.

I offer specialist somatic classes based on Feldenkrais, Yoga and Chi Gong that are designed to support digestive health, improve sleep, and release tension in jaws, necks and shoulders.

What I offer

I offer group programmes and private coaching that combine delicious somatic movement to release tension and support mindfulness with a programme designed to identify the main saboteurs of your health and how to turn them into healthy habits.

As a movement therapist and medical herbalist, I offer movement, relaxation techniques as well as lifestyle and dietary advice that support your health.

how long does it take?

Chronic health issues take time to heal. Whilst I am happy to offer one off sessions if you are in treatment with other professionals, I cannot guarantee changes from a somatic programme alone unless you commit to a 2 months programme.

Practice is vital. I will suggest short practices that you can do each day to soothe your nervous system to heal

Bespoke plan 

If you decide to work on a one-to-one level with me, I will develop a bespoke treatment and exercise plan for you, designed to support long lasting change rather than just bring temporary relief.

We identify "saboteurs" or health and find "saviour" strategies that will help you regain your health.
